Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

– Proven experience in bid management, sales, or related roles.

– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

– Review and analyze bid requirements and prepare comprehensive bid proposals.

– Coordinate with various internal teams to gather necessary information for bid submission.

– Develop pricing strategies and ensure competitive bid pricing.

– Ensure all bid documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

– Track and manage the bid process from initial inquiry to submission.

– Maintain a database of bid activities and outcomes.

– Work closely with finance and sales teams to align bid strategies with company objectives.
